Sources & Affiliates
Everything on this channel is built on primary research — not press releases, not brand deals, not broscience. This page is transparent about two things: where the content comes from, and where affiliate relationships exist.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, Jerry may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
A few things worth saying clearly:
- I only recommend reputable sources I have personally used or I have verified authenticity of their products and services.
- Affiliate relationships never influence what gets covered or how it's framed
- If a product has weak evidence, I'll say so regardless of whether there's a commission involved
- All affiliate relationships are disclosed at the point of recommendation

Genetics Testing & Analysis
Sequencing — Whole genome sequencing.
Promethease — Personal DNA report tool built on SNPedia. Upload your raw DNA file and get a detailed breakdown of your SNPs cross-referenced against thousands of published studies. Not a clinical diagnostic tool, but one of the best ways to extract research-grade signal from consumer DNA data cheaply and quickly.
Blood Testing (United States)
PrivateMdLabs — Order lab tests without a physician's order.
Marek Diagnostics — Order lab tests without a physician's order.

Garmin — Fitness wearables with more depth than most. VO2 max estimation, training load scoring, heart rate variability, sleep staging, and pulse ox. The Fenix and Forerunner lines are genuinely useful for zone 2 training management, recovery monitoring, and long-term cardiovascular data collection.
Telehealth & Prescriptions (United States)
AlgoRx — Telehealth platform providing access to prescribed medications through licensed physicians. Relevant for those working with hormone optimization protocols, peptides, and other compounds that require a prescription.

Supplements
iHerb — Large-catalog supplement retailer with competitive pricing and reliable international shipping. Useful for sourcing third-party verified basics — vitamins, minerals, standardized herbal extracts. Quality varies significantly by brand, so research individual products before purchasing rather than relying on the platform as a quality signal.
Life Extension — One of the more rigorously formulated supplement companies. Dosing decisions are informed by clinical literature rather than just marketing, and they've been at this longer than most. Strong catalog for antioxidants, longevity-relevant compounds, and comprehensive multi-nutrient formulas. Worth evaluating product by product — not everything in the catalog has equal evidence behind it.
Nootropics Depot — Among the more rigorous retailers for supplements. Third-party tested with Certificates of Analysis available for most products — better quality control than the majority of this category.
Peptides
Disguised Alpha — Research chemical supplier offering peptides, SARMs, and related compounds. Relevant for the pharmacology and performance content covered on this channel. As with any research compound supplier, sourcing and purity matter — this is one of the vendors I've used or vetted for quality.
Medications
PCT.Zone — Huge inventory of reputable Indian pharmaceuticals.
RU Pharma — Online supplier for compounds relevant to nootropic research.
